Information you submit
When you use a freight quote, driver-interest, or dispatch-service form, Nirvana Trucking Inc. receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, contact information, load details, carrier authority, equipment, or driving experience.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your request, evaluate a possible business relationship, or discuss potential driving opportunities. Submitting a form does not create a contract, service agreement, employment relationship, or guarantee of work.
Form delivery
Website forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Nirvana Trucking by email. That provider may process technical and form data needed to transmit the submission and reduce spam. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers or images, medical records, banking details, passwords, or other highly sensitive data.
Advertising measurement
If you select “Allow measurement,” the website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and completed inquiries associated with advertising. Meta may receive technical information such as the page visited, device and browser information, and the inquiry category. The website does not send the contents of your form to Meta. Measurement is optional, does not load before you consent, and can be declined when the preference notice appears. Campaign labels may also be included with an inquiry so Nirvana Trucking can understand which advertisement produced the request.
Retention and sharing
Information may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the company or its users. Nirvana Trucking does not offer website-form information for sale. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the business.
